I have seen protein cheesecakes all over Instagram and could not wait to make one!! I was a bit skeptical, I mean how could a healthy cheesecake possibly taste good but trust me it DOES! This one was not super sweet (probably because I only put 5ish packets of Splenda in it) so if you are someone who does not have a huge sweet tooth then this will be perfect for you 🙂

Yield: 6 giant slices


  • 2 eggs
  • one egg white
  • one scoop (39g) vanilla whey protein
  • 16 oz fat free cream cheese (or whatever type you want but macros will be different)
  • 12 oz nonfat plain greek yogurt (feel free to try other flavors!)
  • 5 packets Splenda (this was all I had on hand but feel free to use more to make it sweeter)
Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Pour into a greased spring form pan and bake at 250F for 30 minutes then change the temperature to 300F and bake for 40 more minutes.  Afterwards, let cool to room temperature and then put in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
