Banana Apple Protein Muffins

Soooo this was the recipe that inspired my apple cinnamon pancakes!! I had made these muffins using applesauce (which I hate…texture grosses me out) and they turned out SO WELL!  If you are like me and get freaked out by applesauce, don’t worry I SWEAR you cannot taste it!! It makes the muffins super moist and brings a nice hint of apple cinnamon 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe medium banana
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1.5 scoops cellucor cinnamon swirl whey
  • 1 ts baking soda

METHODS:

  • mash up the banana (or blend it…whatever floats ur boat)
  • mix everything together
  • pour into greased muffin tins
  • bake at 350 for 12ish min
  • enjoy!!

MACROS (for 1/5 of recipe) 93 calories, 14C/8P/0.5F and  1 fiber
