This cake has sweet potato in it and it is bomb AF! SO FUDGY AND SMOOTH. I promise you cannot taste the sweet potato 🙂 Adapted this recipe from one I saw on @sarahlynnfitness Instagram page. I made one last week using smores flavored whey and it was good but today when my cellucor molten chocolate whey came I knew it would be PERFECT for this cake and I was right!! Also I called this a cake but it might be better to call it brownies because of how dense it is.
- 1 medium sweet potato cooked (250g raw)
- 2 tb Hershey’s special dark cocoa powder
- 2 scoops (70g) molten chocolate cellucor whey
- 1 ts baking soda
- 6 packets Splenda
- 2 tb light butter
Cook the sweet potato. Place everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Place in a sprayed 6″ round pan and bake for 12ish minutes at 350F.
Macros for 1/4 of recipe: 160 calories 17C/17P/3.6F and 3.5g fiber
