Single Serve Red Velvet Protein Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop (17g) Cellucor red velvet whey protein (vanilla should be okay too)
  • 14g red velvet cake mix
  • 14g Kodiak cakes pancake mix (or use flour or more red velvet cake mix)
  • 1 egg
  • water until desired consistency
  • 1 ts baking soda

Methods:

Mix everything together. Pour into sprayed mug and bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes. I topped mine with greek yogurt mixed with sf ff cheesecake pudding mix (tastes like cream cheese frosting), ice cream and chunks of a protein bar.
