- 1/2 scoop (17g) Cellucor red velvet whey protein (vanilla should be okay too)
- 14g red velvet cake mix
- 14g Kodiak cakes pancake mix (or use flour or more red velvet cake mix)
- 1 egg
- water until desired consistency
- 1 ts baking soda
Mix everything together. Pour into sprayed mug and bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes. I topped mine with greek yogurt mixed with sf ff cheesecake pudding mix (tastes like cream cheese frosting), ice cream and chunks of a protein bar.
