PROMISE YOU CANNOT TASTE THE BEANS!!! Decided to get creative in the kitchen this morning and see if I could make pancakes using beans (I was tryna sneak some health into my pancakes lol). It was a success!!
- 1/2 cup black beans (I didn’t drain them)
- 1 scoop (35g) Cellucor molten chocolate whey (“eatandrepeat” for 25% off!!)
- 1/2 serving (26g) Hungry Jack Pancake mix (any old pancake mix should be okay)
- 1 ts baking powder
- 30g liquid egg whites
- 2 Splenda packets
- 1 tb chocolate chips
Mix everything except chocolate chips together in a food processor. Pour batter into a bowl and add chocolate chips (add 2 ts water if necessary…if you had a lot of liquid from the beans then this probably will not be necessary). Prepare on pancake griddle over medium heat. Enjoy! This made 7 mini pancakes for me.
