Sprinkle Protein Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 egg whites (138g)
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 ts baking powder
  • 100g banana
  • 2 scoops (52g) protein (I used a casein/whey blend)
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Splenda packets
  • sprinkles

METHODS:

Mix everything together in food processor. Pour into 7 muffin tins. Pour some sprinkles on top.  Bake at 350F for 16 minutes (I checked mine after 12 and just kept adding 2 minutes until they were done).

Macros for 1 cupcake : 87 calories 11C/10P/0F
