Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pancakes

PANCAKE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop (35g) Cellucor chocolate chip cookie dough whey (in the picture I made half of the pancakes with this and half with their molten chocolate whey)
  • 60g Hungry Jack pancake mix (any mix should be okay)
  • 1 ts baking powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 1.5 tb chocolate chips
  • prepared coffee until desired consistency

“COOKE DOUGH” TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tb The Lion’s Choice powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

METHODS: Mix together pancake ingredients, adding coffee last until desired pancake batter consistency is met (more liquid for thinner pancakes, less for thicker).  Save some of the chocolate chips to add to the toppings. Mix together topping ingredients. Prepare the pancakes on griddle over medium heat. Layer with the cookie dough topping. Enjoy 🙂 I put walden farms chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and some sugar free pancake syrup on mine too.
