guys this cake is moist AF and has zucchini and pumpkin in it!! SAY WHATTT. Swear you cant taste it! Sneaking in some health into chocolate cake 🙂 In the photo, I layered it with some healthy cookie dough (recipe is in the pancake post before this) and some ice cream.
- 1 Whole egg
- 2/3 of a zucchini (160g)
- 2 servings (76g) Pillsbury Sugar Free Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- 60g (1/4 cup) pumpkin pure
- 1 scoop (34g) peanut butter flavor casein
- 1 tb (10g) Special Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1 ts baking powder
- 5 Splenda packets
Put everything together in food processor. Pour into 6inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 22ish minutes.
