Super Decadent Chocolate Protein Pancakes

SO MOIST AND SOFT AND GODIVA-ISH.

PANCAKE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop (35g) Cellucor molten chocolate whey (“eatandrepeat” for 25% off Cellucor)
  • 1 serving Hungry Jack pancake mix (52g)
  • 1 tb (5g) Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
  • 1 ts baking soda
  • 46g liquid egg whites
  • 1-2 tb water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin pure (60g)
  • 1 tb (15g) chocolate chips

METHODS:

Mix all ingredients together and prepare on pancake griddle over medium heat.

TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

  • fudge sauce= 2 tb hersheys special dark cocoa, 1 packet Splenda, water. mix it all together and pour on top of the pancakes.
  • chocolate Greek yogurt mousse= 1/2 cup  plain Greek yogurt, 8g sugar-free, fat-free pudding mix. Mix together and layer pancakes with it. ENJOY 🙂
