Healthy Cake-like Brownies

These brownies are so good!!! Used my typical method of throwing random stuff together and praying that it turn out and fortunately this time it did :). These are very soft and moist but have more of a cakey texture rather than dense fudgey texture.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup (227g) plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 ts baking powder
  • 4 tb cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (60g) all purpose flour
  • 2 servings (78g) Pillsbury Sugar Free Devils Food Cake Mix
  • 8 packets Splenda
  • 1 large egg
  • 92g liquid egg whites

METHODS:

Mix everything together and pour into a sprayed 8×8 baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350F. Enjoy!
