Birthday Cake Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tb (14g) coconut flour
  • 1/2 serving (26g) hungry jack light and fluffy pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 46g liquid egg whites
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/2 scoop (17g) Cellucor cinnamon whey
  • 1 tb plain greek yogurt
  • water until desired consistency
  • 1 ts baking powder

TOPPINGS:

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (minus the 1 tb in the pancakes)
  • 6g sugar free fat free pudding mix
  • golden birthday cake oreos

METHODS:

mix together pancake ingredients. add water last and slowly mix it in until desired consistency. while batter rests, mix together greek yogurt and pudding mix. then prepare pancakes over low/medium heat. top with yogurt toppings and oreo crumbles 🙂14855920_10155454325837195_6220827157028713113_o
