- Guide to macro counting/meal ideas/grocery shopping tips ( I am not a dietitian but can help you with beginning macro counting and general nutrition tips)
- On-call health coaching (call/text me whenever you need fitness/food advice)
- Weekly (or as needed) skype/phone progress update sessions
